Can I change my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Send us an email at hi@livesmpl.com with your order confirmation number, and we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your package is shipped via email and SMS. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply text & we’ll be there to help. Tracking information usually takes 24 hours to update.

My package is missing. What should I do?

If your package has been marked delivered but you did not receive it, email us at hi@livesmpl.com and we will track it down.

What should I do if I received the wrong product or my order is damaged?

Please email us at hi@livesmpl.com with your order confirmation number and the missing and/or damaged items. We will get it sorted out for you.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account.

What is a “100% Happiness Guarantee”?

If you are not completely in love with your bars, we’ll refund your first case in full. But also let us know at hi@livesmpl.com how we can improve them so we become your new go-to bar.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states to USPS-verified addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not yet ship internationally, but hopefully we will someday. Make sure to follow us on Instagram for updates.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship the day after your order is placed. If you are a monthly subscriber, you will receive a courtesy notification via text 3 days before your order is processed and confirmed.

How long does shipping take?

All purchases come with free priority shipping, which typically delivers 3-5 business days after your order is processed. Alaska and Hawaii have longer ship times (10-14 days). If you have an urgent matter, text us 516-TXT-SMPL (516-898-7675) or email us at hi@livesmpl.com.

Can I expedite my shipping?

What is Smpl?

Smpl is a new kind of snack bar made with functional ingredients like adaptogens, nootropics and botanicals, designed to boost energy, improve focus, reduce stress, and support the immune system.

What are adaptogens?

Do Smpl bars need to be refrigerated?

No, Smpl bars do not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature for up to 12 months.

Are your bars vegan?

Yes, all of our bars are 100% vegan.

Are your bars gluten-free?

Yes, all of our bars are 100% gluten-free and made in a gluten-free facility.

What are natural flavors?

The natural flavors in Smpl bars are held to the highest standards and come from fruit and plant extracts.

Are your bars sweetened in any way?

Each of our bars contain 5 grams of sugar or less from dried fruit and brown rice syrup. Brown rice syrup is free from fructose, which is found in many other sweeteners causing insulin to spike. Brown rice syrup is packed with B vitamins and minerals found naturally in brown rice.

What is the shelf life of your bars?

12 months from date of production, but please check the wrapper before eating.

Can I eat your bars while pregnant?

Although all of our ingredients are naturally plant-based, please consult your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy.

Can children eat your bars?

Although all of our ingredients are naturally plant-based, we recommend that you speak to your child's pediatrician or health care provider before giving them Smpl products.

Membership

Is there a minimum membership commitment?

No! If for any reason you want to skip a month, pause or cancel your membership, all you have to do is text us.

How do I update my next shipment?

As a Smpl member, you’ll receive a text reminder three days before your shipment. You can edit your order, shipping and billing details, and skip or cancel your shipment all via text. Or, you can let us know sooner by texting us at 516-898-7675. You can also access your subscription online by logging into your account, then click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ and ‘Edit’ next to your subscription details.

How do I skip a shipment?

To skip a shipment, all you need to do is text us at 516-TXT-SMPL (516-898-7675), and we’ll handle it for you. It’s always free to skip a month, and we’ll send you a text reminder the next month about resuming your Subscription.

How do I cancel my Membership?

To cancel your Membership, text us at 516-TXT-SMPL (516-898-7675), and we’ll process it for you. We’d miss you, but hey, it’s free to come back anytime.
