Yes, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order confirmation number, and we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your package is shipped via email and SMS. If you have any questions about the status of your order, simply text & we’ll be there to help. Tracking information usually takes 24 hours to update.
My package is missing. What should I do?
If your package has been marked delivered but you did not receive it, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it down.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or my order is damaged?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order confirmation number and the missing and/or damaged items. We will get it sorted out for you.

Yes, you can check out as a guest without creating an account.
